For bottling you need:
- bottling bucket with a spigot on the bottom; this bucket is about 6 or so gallons
- siphon to transfer beer from the carboy to the bucket; sure you could just pour it, but you will get a ton of undesirable sediment in your brew. I’m using an auto-siphon which, after a couple of manual pumps, siphons on its own. You just stand and hold
- bottle filler and tubing – this attaches to the spigot on the bottling bucket and transfers your beer to the bottles; it’s pressure operated (it has a valve that only lets beer through when you apply pressure)
- bottle caps
- bottle capper
- OneStep sanitizing solution – again, cleanliness is next to Godliness
- priming sugar (not shown) to provide carbonation
